Service is the Key To Happiness

This may sound like a bit of a fluffy thing for a small business to be putting on its website but it is important because it underlies my whole philosophy of business.

You see for me money in and of itself is all very well and good if you have it, and a total pain in the rear if you don’t – but it doesn’t really have much soul.

“Service” on the other hand, provides meaning and more specifically is the key to happiness.

Think about it:

If everybody concerned themselves more with serving others, and less with serving their own desires and wants, then more and more people would start to experience the world as a pleasant place – because so many others were doing a great job of taking care of them. So in this way service is the key to happiness.

Put simply: if all individuals just got busy serving others, we would have peace on Earth.

So this is why I put so much emphasis on providing great service here at SquareEyes – not just to build a strong and profitable business – but also to make the world a better place for all of us.
