In case you aren’t a total nerd with no life, Panda 4.0 is a new update by Google which means they change stuff and some websites fair badly in the Google results and others fair well.
Good news is my sites have done really well, which confirms my belief that I have been doing SEO the “good guy” way (or “white hat” as it is known, by nerds).
Last week I was gleefully boasting about getting my client to the first page of Google and thank goodness, no egg on face, his site is holding steady. And I have had some GREAT wins for my major client, Tesselaar Flowers, getting them to #8 for the very competitive “wedding flowers” and I reckon it’s going to get better than that. And I am also glad to see them rocket up to position #3 for “event flowers”.
So there you go – today’s lesson is: if you don’t cheat, you don’t get slapped by Pandas. And if you work hard, you might just get hugged by one.
